Andy Arruda, MAS, who is more commonly known by his customers as “The Frame Man”, founded PictureFrames.Net in December 1996 under the name of Distinctive Brands Limited. In the past 12 years, Andy has become a valuable resource to distributors in the Promotional Products Industry looking for that distinctive, high quality, picture frame.
